Sure, why not?
Joseph Mengele is almost synonymous with genetic experimentation.
But I might have to add the recent Swine Flu virus to the list that includes the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.
Why did it effect Mexicans in more virulent fashion?
Do we have too many Mexicans?

Now they're stating that the new male birth control pill will be more effective for Blacks than for others.
Is the country now becoming too Black, and a need arisen to put a stop to this?
Maybe we need to import more Europeans (like the NBA has done) to compensate for this problem.
Maybe we need more Steve Nashes, Dirk Novitskies or Vladi Divacs.

Or maybe we should keep it old school Trojan.
