WTF?

When did toilet paper get to be so expensive?
Until recently, I'd never bought a package of toilet paper on it's own.

When mixed in with a cart load of goods, one item on a receipt doesn't stand out.

Just pay the bill, look at the total, shrug and then walk your purchases to the car.

But when did a package of toilet paper start costing nearly $15! ?

Maybe I gotta' start using pages from the phone book.
