Kim Kardashian gets Botox on TV!
I always love it when celebrities fess up to the efforts they make to look their best... I think its a sign of being better adjusted (than some), and helps the Soccer Mommies we all know and love feel better, understanding that even beautiful young women like Kim need some help to look as good as they do.
